I had to order a garbage disposal bin for a renovation I am doing. I spoke with *** of Ontario Mini Bins here in Toronto, Ontario. She instructed me to send a deposit of $625 and that after the garbage is disposed of, we would have a more accurate price for the disposal that is determined by weight. Any difference would be reimbursed. The bin was delivered to my house and picked up same day on September 12, 2018. Afterwards, I noticed that *** was not sending me an invoice or the difference. Finally, in early November, *** sent me the invoice that indicated that I was to be reimbursed $83.23, but she didn't send it to me E-Transfer as she said she would. Over the following 2 weeks I contacted her by phone calls, texts and emails to ask her to send me the refund. Each time she said she would but didn't. It soon became clear to me that this woman had no intention to send the refund. To this day, she has not sent me the refund.
I want Ontario Mini Bins to send give me back the refund.

After going to the trouble of reporting Ontario Mini Bins, they finally sent the refund. I would like to think this was just an administrative error, but if it wasn't they should know such practices are simply bad for business.
