Response taken by phone: I tried to work out a solution with consumer however the consumer was verbally abusive and uncooperative in trying to reach a reasonable agreement

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I contacted the business owner, he was not willing to work out a deal and was uncooperative on the phone with me He would not replace the broken part and was extremely angry and quick on the phone If he was willing to work out an agreement, then I would have never contacted the Revdex.com
