When I was asked for a Void cheque, I was told it would be for a $250 rebate which I NEVER received, I was told the $59.99 would be put on the *** bill but instead it has been coming out of my account plus in February they took an additional $23. Three days after the installation, our furnace completely died which incurred $12000 of debt. The doorbell has never really worked and when they send technicians we get told it's our wiring. One of the smoke detectors just started going off every five minutes one day so we had to take the batteries out.
Basically these products that can be bought from *** are costing me a fortune to "lease".
Not to mention, our "smart" thermostat jacks the heat up to 22 every weekday at 10:47am which we never programmed it to do. I work nights so if I fall asleep before that time, I wake up in a sauna.
I'm so frustrated, I'm sick of hemorrhaging money for them, I feel like we've been misled from the beginning and now due to the virus I can't even talk to someone over the phone.
Every time I tried to call or text the sales person, he would just say I'll talk to the office and never get back to me or just flat out ignore my messages.
I want you to stop charging me $70 a month for products that don't work and I want the $250 rebate I was promised for the furnace that died and I feel there should be some sort of rebate for the new furnace seeing as it's actually compatible with your thermostat
Re: Misrepresentation by sales representative Ontario Ecosmart Corp. ***, the sales person who came to my home on Friday, October 18th 2019, *** about the Agreement and inherent costs. I tried to cancel this, but they pestered me so much over the weekend, that I caved to the pressure. I can ill afford the $59.95 plus tax, along with $9.95 per month for *** protect, and the $19.95 per month for the *** outdoor cameras. I wish to have all of this equipment removed .. the thermostat, the three carbon monoxide detectors, the door bell and outdoor cameras no later than tomorrow, October 22, 2019. I will purchase a new thermostat for installation. ***. ***

Thank you for contacting *** via Revdex.com. For your knowledge, we are a finance/billing company and do not employ sales representatives. We do provide financial services for vendor companies who do employ sales representatives.
In regards to your agreement number OESONXXXXXXNW I can advise you that your application was DECLINED and has never been processed for payments through ***. What may have happened is that the vendor company Ontario Eco Smart may have begun billing you on their end, however I cannot say that with certainty because once we decline an application we have no further involvement with the file.
We do take these issues seriously and have forwarded your concern to the vendor from our end and have asked them to contact you to resolve.
Once again, it must be noted that *** (which whom you've contact) has not, is not and will not be billing you under that agreement.
