I would NOT use Ontario Cremation Services EVER again nor recommend them to ANYONE. Unprofessional. Lack of empathy,compassion. Did NOT give ERN(remains) back in a timely mannor (7 days).[redacted] changed their mind when to be paid only after signing. Did not offer any condolences when we called when a loved one passed. Never got apology [redacted]
