Onstar neglected to cancel our account #*** when I directed them to do so. They continued to withdraw funds from our bank until our Slolid Payment Card need renewal (the old card was no longer honored.) They now owe us $617.63 minus $110.00 which they deposited on our old card. They let the account lapse for 2 mos until they contacted us. or not our bank could not recover funds beyond their 2 mos limit.

Desired Outcome

Repay us $507.63
