Review: Onsite Shipping hired a shipping company to deliver my vehicle to Massachusetts from Washington. However, they never paid the driver upon delivery. We were not given our vehicle at the time since the driver was not paid. After about a week of Onsite refusing to pay the driver and still no delivery of my car, we paid the driver out of pocket $900 after Onsite Shipping agreed to send us our initial payment we made to them back. Onsite has used about every excuse in the book since then on why they haven't done this. (bank closed on Saturday, wife's pregnancy issues, companies bankruptcy, etc) They did not fulfill their end of our contract and we would just like our money back that Onsite did not pay the driver.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed by Onsite Shipping for $900, which was the agreed upon payment of the driver that shipped my car to Massachusetts. I initially paid Onsite Shipping $1245. I just want the amount that I had to pay extra out of pocket to the driver who delivered my car.

Review: I paid the company $2450 to move my car from Yorkton, SK to St,. John's, NL in June 2013 and it was supposed to be delivered to my house at destination. I dropped the car off at their agent in Regina and did not get my car until February 2014. There was extra mileage on the car, damage to the left fender and I had to call and email countless time before I was told that my car was to be picked up at a location in paradise, NL. The company did not apologize. No one should do business with this organization. I spent money or car rental and public transport and not to talk about the inconveniences that I went through.Desired Settlement: I got my car after over 7 months

Review: I sent $1800US to this company to transport my daughter's car ([redacted]) from Mississauga, Ontario to Abbotsford, B.C. They have had my money since mid June. I have called them and left messages at ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-####, [redacted], ###-###-#### and ###-###-####, several times. I have emailed them at [redacted] and [redacted].com several times as well. I have heard nothing from them since June 21st. I am concerned that they have just taken my money.I look forward to your assistance if at all possibleThank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: Have them refund the $1800 US as they did not provide the service. It was supposed to have been shipped on June 19th or 20th.

Review: On Aug. 8, 2013 a contract was signed with Onsite Shipping to have a UTV (Can Am Comander) delivered from Goldsboro North Carolina to SweetGrass Montana. Verbal conversation with shipper indicated that contract had to be sent in ASP as a carrier was available to make pickup within a day or two. Target date was requested for (+ or - 2 to 3 days) Aug. 27, 2013.I would phone on a weekly bases to find the status of shipment. Each time I was told that the shipment was delayed due to uncontrollable trucking delays, but I was on top of the priority list.Three months have gone by with no results. The US Federal Department of Transportation Website states that Onsite Shipping licence to operate has not been renewed.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my payment refunded in full.Thanks.
