The below referenced Revdex.com complaint has been forwarded to me for review. Upon reviewing the customer’s order; after the delay, we had originally discounted the customer’s order. The customer then called back and requested that we cancel the
order. Our customers are not billed until the order is shipped. This order was canceled at the customer’s request and never billed. Therefore, no credit is due. Thank you,

After researching this order it is with extreme regret that I do admit the item this customer ordered went on backorder for an extended amount of time.   The vendor was unable to supply his order and we did experience an extremely long delay.Backorder notifications were sent multiple times...
