This business is a scam, she uses *** to scam people out of there money and then block them and people never hear from her nor receive products
I ordered a 24 inch wig, order number *** paid $411.57. It was supposed to be a pick up order, never heard anything back ever, she deleted my comments on *** and blocked my number.
I would like a full refund for products i have no received, this is not a real business. I have requested a refund from *** but have not found anything.
I purchased the "Sleek AF 22 inch Closure Wig" for $235 on December 7th, 2019. I received the wig on December 30th, 2019 and upon opening the package, I noticed there was something wrong with the wig. The closure was severely over-bleached and makeup was used to attempt to cover up this fact. I then emailed the customer service email on January 1st, 2020 to address the issue. I was ensured via email that once I sent the wig back to the address that they provided, I would receive a refund. The wig arrived to the address on January 14th, 2020 and once I tried to contact the business repeatedly about the refund, I received no answer. Then I direct messaged the owner on *** to try to get through, but once again, when it came time for her to refund me she stopped answering, even though I've sent numerous messages.
