Online Yellow Pages

Review: I signed up for a free one month advertisement through this company in 2011. In the last month I have started to get letter stating that they are going to send me to collections and I owe over $1000. [redacted] the women I have been talking with said they will give me a deal of $699 if I pay today. I don't have that kind of money. I have also recieved 3 other letter from different Yellow page company stating that I owe them over $800 each.Desired Settlement: I have not paid anything but I want them to clear me off their records and to quite harrassing me.

Review: A front desk answered the phone and the solicitor said in order to renew our online yellow pages she had to confirm some message. They asked if our billing address was [redacted] asked her to spell her name, if she was authorized to ..., and a couple other questions. She didn't know what she was agreeing to thinking that it was a business just needing our address. Now we are receiving a bill for $800. The representative talked so fast and I would think in order to make a purchase they would need to speak to an owner. They are stating for purchases under $1000 they don't need written permission and now are stating they will have attorneys file suit against us.

I saw on my local news station an alert about this. [redacted]

The gentleman that has been calling us is [redacted] ###-###-#### fax # ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I want this bill removed as we never signed stating we wanted to be part of yellow pages online.
