I placed an order with this company a week ago. It was not shipped, because they wanted an address verified. On 10/17/17 I requested a cancellation of the order by email, because I did not need this product anymore. This morning on 10/18, they emailed saying that my order was already packed and ready to go, and that if I cancel they would charge 20% of the order in fees, which would be close to $30 in fees. I did not see anything on their website mentioning this fee. This is very unfair and deceptive to customers.
Also since I had not verified the address with the company, why did they say the package was already packed and ready to go? They should not have packed the order until the address was verified.

Other (requires explanation) I would like for this order to be cancelled without being charged the unfair fees.
We didn't receive a notification that this Revdex.com case was opened. We received a chargeback through our merchant processor and accepted the full refund for our customer. We were adviced by our merchant chargeback processor that if we accepted the chargeback we didn't need to respond or proceed as they were going to refund 100% the money to the customer.
Catherine didn't have to pay any fees and as far as we are concerned per our merchant processor notification and what our bank account is showing she has been already refunded in full.
The customer placed her order on October 13th , we processed her order and packed it , when we went to do the shipping label the shipping system said something was wrong with her address.
We called and emailed the customer and she responded a week later asking to cancel her order. Our employee thought the rule stated in our website about 15% cancellation fee would have to be applied, the customer didn't reply to our employee and nothing was done because we were waiting for her response.
We are located in Florida and had a lot of power outage issues our business is also related to emergency preparedness so it was a very busy time for us. Instead of the customer response we got a chargeback from her which we accepted completely and refunded the customer in full, that means she got her order refunded %100 with no fees or anything she is mentioning in this complaint.
She says in this complaint that her expected end of this case is that she doesn't get charged for fees. She got it already , before we even found out this case was opened. We were never notified by the Revdex.com about this case until Dec 14th.
