Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Although the business I filed a complaint with has responded to me, I would not consider the complaint settled just yet They have offered a remedy to my complaint but that remedy is still a work in progress and until I see what the remedy is I cannot agree that my complaint is resolved I complained about a faulty website that I purchased that did not work properly on which I spent thousands of dollars to promoteThe company agreed to set up a different website for me at no cost but I was told to be expecting a call in weeks, as of our last conversation date of 3/16/2016, by the website builders to get me up and running with it Until that happens, I cannot say that it is resolvedThe company has been available to me yes, but it took many calls before I got serious attention on my problem I am in a holding pattern for this complaint Regards, [redacted] ***

The company agreed to set up a different website for me at no cost but I was told to be expecting a call in 2 weeks, as of our last conversation date of 3/16/2016, by the website builders to get me up and running with it.  Until that happens, I cannot say that it is resolved. The company has been available to me yes, but it took many calls before I got serious attention on my problem.  I am in a holding pattern for this complaint.
