This company has been making unauthorized charges to my debit card in the amount $220 a month for the last 3 months. When I called to inquire, I was told that they acquired my account from another company called Apex Inc to whom I did give authorization. However, I in no way gave OMC authorization to charge my account. Furthermore, they are misleading and misrepresenting themselves in many ways. A former employee tipped me off as to their unethical practices and I, myself, have caught 2 different employees in lies regarding their business.
We officially acquired this client and an acquisition notice detailing her account being transferred to OMC was sent to her on 09-18-2017.
We understand this client was contacted by an "anonymous email claiming to be an ex-employee of OMC", however we are addressing this issue and currently seeking legal action against the "true" author of the email and those involved. We attempted to explain this issue to this client but she was upset and would not listen. Her account has been cancelled and there will be no further charges.
We rendered services in FULL from the moment we acquired this clients account and all charges are valid for those services.

I am rejecting this response because: I was never informed of OMC "acquiring" my account and even if I were, it is unlawful to withdraw money from someone's checking account without written permission to do so. Furthermore, OMC claims they charged my account for services provided, yet, are unable to provide any proof of services provided.

I have been paying for a online marketing service that I have not been receiving. I'll go and check to see that my name is listed when I look up my phrase in google. When I didn't see it, I would call in and complain, and then it would magically appear again. Then I would go back and look again and sure enough it was gone. They say they are optimizing my search by using different phrases, but each time I get the same phrase and they never update me on what the "new" phrase will be. I have also had issue with the company charging me double what I was suppose to be charge. I checked my account and was able to catch it. That said, if I hadn't they would have continued to charge me.
The final straw was an email sent to me basically explaining how the entire company is a scam. See below for the partial email:

I am a former employee of Online Marketing Consultants LLC. Hereto (OMC)
I am the sales representative that signed you up with online marketing services.
I feel compelled to tell you the following as I am a morale person that feels obligated to shed some truth about the company you are paying for services that are not being rendered.
Troy M *** (Troy) is the Owner of this company he runs this business from his house with 2 other employees.
Jamie H hereto (Jamie) is the retention gal who is the person who won’t let you cancel services.
Troy has a practice of “trimming the grass” or “neuter the costs” this means that he is intentionally lowering your advertising bid to create him extra profits.
When you call in to complain he “bidbumps” you up by increasing the costs of the bid on your google keywords so that it appears you made the mistake in typing the wrong words into Google.com.
You are paying to be seen 24/7 on specific keywords you pay a flat fee for this.
That fee is not enough to cover the expenses, so he drops your budget and takes down your ads at night time.

We have issued a credit/refund to this client, however we refute the authenticity of the "email" that was sent to this client and the claims that were made, and due to pending legal ramifications to the author of the email that was sent, we cannot comment further at this time. We stand by our earned reputation for being honest and transparent.
I canceled my service with them after the first month. I received one town free advertising while paying for another. After the first month I cancelled my service because I was I satisfied with the results. After receiving a cancellation notice they continued to pull funds from my account. $660 has been pulled after I canceled service. I called numorus times and can never get a representative on the phone. I received one email that directed me to a competitor of theirs saying they handle the transaction. I called the company and they said they have no idea why they keep sending everyone with an issue to their company. They are a shady company that is impossible to get in touch with and they rob you.
We have attempted to resolve this customers complaint without success. This clients account has been canceled and is no longer being charged.
