Online Local Search

It's been a month since I cancelled my service and I asked them to send me a confirmation to assure it is cancelled. Nothing. I've been messaging them for a month trying to get something but nope. If you actually care about your company and care about reviews, DO NOT COME TO THESE PEOPLE.

Big fan of Online Local Search! Considering I have a small digital agency they have really help me drive local sales for my business. They helped bring my business more of an online presence as well as redesign my website. Thank you OLS!

They helped my business obtain new clients. They are really on top of there game.

I asked for service to be canceled and refunded which they said would happen. They have not refunded and have continued to charge my credit card.
On 11/13/2019 I was contacted by Online Local Search about helping me with my online set up. I agreed to purchase the $294 set up fee and declined the $97 a month maintenance as I felt I could manage this service myself. We agreed on a date and time of a conference call to assist in the initiate setup. The next day I was called and expected to go through the setup, only to find out they could not issue a username and password. We hung up and they said they would call me back with this info. A week went by and I called to inquire again. They apologized and set a consultation call for the next day. On or about 11/22/19 we had this call... only to have an hour conversation where they attempted to sell me another $1200 worth of services which I declined. After having been berated for an hour I informed the consultant that I was not purchasing anything and I wanted to cancel the service. I called back and spoke to billing and we discussed the issue. They told me I was canceled and they would refund my initial investment of $294.
None of this has happened. And they have continued to charge my AMEX 2 more times for $97. I have spoken to them (1/17/20) and just get the run around. Stating that billing will call me (they are always too busy to talk to me when I call) And never called me back .

I want a refund of $488

12/13/2019 recurring charge $97
1/13/2020 recurring charge $97

We have repeatedly requested to be removed from their calling list but they do not comply. We are registered as Do Not Call. The customer service representative at XXX-XXX-XXXX laughed at me when I requested to be removed from the calling list again.
