Customer purchased his embossed diamond plate sheets on our website at [redacted] The product he purchase was clearly advertised as an embossed aluminum sheet that is .025" thick, not 1/4" (.250" thick.) In addition to a clear description there were also several photos showing the front, back and side of the embossed aluminum diamond plate product that he had purchasedWe have sold several thousand of these sheets of this embossed aluminum diamond plate over the past few years, and this is the first time we have ever had a customer complain that the material we provided was not 1/4" thick (much different than .025" thick.)
