[redacted] brought his 2002 Suzuki XL-7 to us at Oneway transmissions on 6/18/15 We checked it out and found that there was no pedal tension. Then we found that the clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder needed to be replaced because it had developed a leak, and all the hydraulic fluid...

had leaked out. We called [redacted] and told him about the needed repairs and he authorized us to fix it. After replacing the clutch master and slave the vehicle operated correctly. On 7/01/15 [redacted] called and said he was having a problem. I then picked up the XL-7 from his home. After checking it we found that the tension was good on the pedal but we could not get it into gear easy. So we talked to [redacted] and told him we need to take the transmission out and check the clutch assembly, because possibly one of the disk springs had popped out. We removed the transmission, and inspected the clutch assembly. Then found the presser plate fingers were damaged. So we told [redacted] we need to replace the clutch assembly. He again authorized us to fix it. We resurfaced the flywheel, replace the disk, pressure plate, and throwout bearing. After installing the parts listed above, and putting the transmission back. We road tested the vehicle and it was working correctly. Shortly after, [redacted] called us and said there was still a problem with his vehicle. We then went to pick up the XL-7 a second time from his home. We checked it and found a defective master and slave cylinder. We replaced it under warranty and returned the vehicle back to [redacted]. [redacted] then called us again, and told us his wife and family was broke down 45 mins. away from the shop. So we sent a technician to pick up his wife and kids to take them home. Then we went to go get the vehicle later that day to bring it back to the shop, for repair. We found that the pedal linkage was damaged, which broke the master cylinder. We replaced the pedal linkage, and the master cylinder. We gave the vehicle back to [redacted] in working condition. Then [redacted] called us with more problems, that's when his wife contacted Revdex.com. After talking to [redacted], I thought the best thing to do was return all the money he paid us.  And use that money to take it and get it fixed.
