on may 7 2020 I took my 2019 Camry to go and get 5 of my window tinted by oneway auto exchange service.they say they will need 2 hrs to complete the job. I my took my in at 4:15pm and I didnt pick it up till 8:30pm later on the night. so it took them 4 hr instead of the promise time of 2 hrs. not just that but the person who was doing the window tinting smoke cigarette inside of my car. no one has any right to smoke inside any customer car. so I complaint about that. I had to vent out my car for 1 week to get rid of the smoke and I had to do the detailing myself with my son. after one week of letting my car sit so that the tint can have a chance to cure and dry out. I notice that there was alot of bad mistake and bubbling on the tint. so friday may 15 2020. I text justin reyes back and say I want to bring my car back on monday and it have it repair some of the bubbling and redo some of the tint that was not cut right. and he say yes bring back and he will have it fixed. so on monday I text justin reyes back to make sure that we are still meeting and he say he not going to be there because his tinter will not be at the shop till Wednesday and so he say for me to stop demanding for him to be there at the shop. I remind him that I never demand him to be there on monday we already agree to meet on mmonday when I texted him on friday. but I went to the shop anyway with my friend and we met a worker there and point out the flaws and mistake of the job service done to my car. and he say just bring it back on Wednesday when the tint guy will back to work and he will fix the issue. so on Wednesday I went back to shop and the door was close and lock the light was off. I called the business number and no one pick up the phone . I call again the next day no one pick up. and I call again third day no one pick up the phone. I decide that justin reyes was not going to fixed my issue even though its warranty for life.I try to be nice n reasonable to resolved my issue. he will not fix my issue as promise to me
Response to complaint ID # ***We never denied a resolution to this issue. We were going to detail his vehicle to get the smoke smell out free of charge but he never brought the vehicle to our shop to get detailed. As far as the window tint job, our window tinter was on vacation when Mr. wanted the problem to be fixed. He is the only person that can fix the tint. We are also a new car dealership with short staff. We aren’t always here physically because we are always at car auctions to purchase new inventory. Our cars are sold at appointment only, so when Mr. came to the shop, we was at the auction. He called me demanding me to be at my shop at the time he wanted like I was he child or something. He does have a life time warranty and we will fix any issues, he was just mad that we didn’t do it at the exact time that he wanted. Nobody was ignoring him or anything.Sent from my iPhone
