They are a good lenderBut they start calling you on the
Payment date wanting there moneyAnd they call all day long sometimes back to back
I will not use them again unless I was desperate

rude, try to increase my loan by $and they wanted the title to my car for $1500, kinda stupid I think, my car is worth a hell of a lot more $

I went there and they treat me with excellent professionalism and allow me to choose any of the proposal that they offer me

I have been a customer for almost a year without missing a single paymentI loggto my account, and I happened to see the advertisement encouraging me to apply for another loanI applied for the loan and was approved ($13,400)I was unsure about whether or not I should take the loanHowever, I called the office this morning, which is unfortunately in *** *** FL (XXX-XXX-XXXX) to get the details but this guy Peter picked up the phone and right away made me feel uncomfortable like I was bothering him He asked for my name (Not nice) and started the conversation by saying that I have applied before! That is has nothing to do with the fact that I am an excellent customer, thinking of giving you my businessThis is without even greeting me or saying good morningI hang up the phone and will not take the loanIf you do not want my business, pleasedon't keep advertising and encouraging me to apply for the loanI do not want to call a place to feel like I am inconvenience

Got a loan from one main paid on account instill it got turned into a interest barring loan in they placed a judgement on me witch I just found out about two days ago and every time I call one main they can't tell me anything but loan has been sold to CACH witch has gone bankrupt and sold to resurgent and they now nothing on judgment so I am trying to sell my house and can't get aNY INFO ON JUDGEMENT CAUSE ONE MAIN NOWS NOTHING TO THE ATTORNEY I GO!!!

The website is not user friendly at all It rarely works Gives messages as if I'm a new client each time I've tried using it It takes 2-times to reenter my information to be acknowledged Each time, It doesnt recognize my auto pay account for additional payments Very frustrating!!
