Office personnel was very nice and professional!!

Wouldn't even give them one star at this pointMy payment was deducted a week earlier then it was supposed to be and when they claimed they would resolve it here I am still waiting for that to happenI feel this company gives you the run aroundI wish I had known all of this before getting a loan with them I would have went elsewhere

Thank God I didn't get a loan with One Main!! I had received a "you are pre-qualified" letter
Since I needed some expensive dental work, I thought I would call them At first, they seemed personable and niceThat changes quickly! They used excuses about not completing my application (which I thought was done online) I waited til the following day thinking I would get a call in the morning Didn't happen! When they finally called, they kept it short "You are denied Is there anything else we can help you with?" I was shocked! I hung up, but continued to think about it, and called back First of all, they said with my income of "$per month" I wouldn't qualify WHO can live on $a month?! I corrected them I have about times that amount Then it was because of my creditors - whatever that meant - and they named one I've never had an account with I asked if I could come to the office, and look at the credit report they used Oh no! They would NEVER do that! A person is not allowed to see where they gain their information? This place is a nightmare!! Thankful I'm not committed to this company! As of the next day, I obtained a loan for my dental expense for $5, I just hope people research them, and read reviews so they will not needlessly go through the unprofessional, error-filled experience!

My experience with OneMain Financial was great, I'm glad my bank institution recommended them they was very helpful on getting me a loan, I have already recommended a few of my friends to them,MsDenise R*** from the Bowie, Maryland office was very helpful and good on obtaining my loan for me

Overall, the experience was good, and the people were friendly The only thing I have a problem with is that they report to the credit bureau the entire amount (including interest to pay off full term) so it really messes up your debt to income ratio I borrowed $30K but they reported well over $50K to the credit bureau Not cool

Onemainfinancial is not benevolent or supportive of the public's interests as the promotion means make this company to appearOnemainfinancial only has its own interests in consideration Onemainfinancial sent me several letters where it invited me to apply for a loan since I was already pre-qualified; the real surprise came when I submitted my loan application, it was rejected and the notice given by OneMainFinancial said that "we cannot approve you; you do not qualify This situation is an example of misadverstisement with the purpose to mislead and it also shows that OneMainFinancial does not keep their word since first, it sends me many letters that contain offers and invitation that say I am pre-approved and the only following step missing is for me to complete the applicationWhen I finally decide to accept the offer; it turns out the offer either was fake or corrupted in order to manipulate me to applySo that they could have great numbers of people recorded whom applied and also the information must be used for other questionable practices

My loan agent was very very knowledgeable and friendly! He was so patient when I had questions and made the whole experience very enjoyable

Got a debt consolidation loan at a decent rate Office staff and my rep were very helpful Highly recommend if your in a jam and are tired of high interest rates from the payday loan places Very affordable payments
