I purchased the Beyonce Album on 7-24-17 and have a confirmation email. It was a pre-order so I expected it to take longer than usual. I received an email that it was shipped on 8-29-17 and it has a tracking number. When I track the shipment it just says that the label was printed, but it has not been shipped yet. I reached out to OneLiveMedia and got this email: "My name is *** and I sincerely apologize for the long delay in shipping your Beyonce order (#***). Our customer support team has reached out to our warehouse in order to get an update on your order's shipment. We will notify you as soon as we have received an update on this shipment.
I am very sorry for any frustration or inconvenience caused by this shipment delay. We are working to get this resolved quickly.

It has now been TWO WEEKS and I have not heard back even after I sent several follow up emails and tried calling the phone number. It just goes to voicemail. I just want the album I purchased as it is a gift for my best friend whose birthday was over a month ago. This is incredibly frustrating to not be able to get a hold of customer service when I have given them my money for the product AND shipping. What a SCAM!

I order a Bon Jovi tshirt I did not receive the right one ,black instead of white and nothing but a picture.Anyway next time I Will check twice and order from the real fan club.
