Review: Mr. [redacted], owner of ONELANDAUTOS is selling cars from his home at [redacted] and his address is registered with DE DMV. Mr. [redacted] hid the fact that he was a registered DE dealer, and had no signage at the location, except for his wife's medical practice signage. Mr. [redacted] did not post a buyers guide on the window or anywhere on the vehicle as required by law and was deceptive in the sale, stating that a penny had fallen into the dash lighter and blew a fuse when in fact all of the wires for the climate control system had been cut effecting other electronic components like the locks. Mr. [redacted] lied and said this car was his personal vehicle "his baby" when records show he bought the car at auction one month prior to the sale.Desired Settlement: I expect either a full refund including the time and expenses that I lost, or the cost of complete repairs of disclosed and undisclosed defects and time lost. I will file a civil action Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices claim against Mr. [redacted] and seek treble damages under the statute if he does make me whole.
