Review: Upon installation of product an adjustment was needed & agreed to, but never forthcoming. Phone call after phone call did not result in the correction though each time we were told they would take care of the problem. We have beenextremely dismayed as my family did business with this Co. Back in the 50's. I guess though it's still family owned their word means little to nothing.Desired Settlement: We expect to have their word honored in making the adjustment to our canopy that they agreed to.
