Revdex.com [redacted] May 5, [redacted] did fill out the dispute forms, however our share disclosure states that any claim filed for less than $or was the cause of negligence, the member could be held responsibleOur fraud department attempted to contact [redacted] regarding these transactions and she did not respond to the call We feel the losses could have been avoided if we had been notified of the lost card or she had spoken with our fraud department We try to stress to our members the importance of reporting a lost or stolen debit card immediately, not only to mitigate losses, but to allow us to assist them in the replacement of that card right away We regret her dissatisfaction but still feel these losses could have been avoided
