Business completely fails to honor returns on defective products
On 10/8/I purchased an item that was $119.00, which I did use the 25% offer on When I received the item it was defective It was electronic and the device did not work and would not charge This was an item I was planning on using on a trip and when I contacted One Up Innovations for help with a return I was met with a lot of resistance
I assured them that I knew how to operate a plug and remote control The item was broken I told them about my trip and at the employees suggestion I ordered another of the same product on 10/11/so it would arrive on time, since the RMA process for my defective item would take too long I was told that since I was ordering the same item that I would be given a credit to credit card for the defective item
They day after I ordered One Up Innovations called me and said they will NOT return my money or give me credit, they could only give me a replacement on the item
