I ordered product from them back in September, I got a bill on October 21,2019 and I promptly paid it and after repeated emails going unanswered I have neither gotten the product nor have I gotten a refund.
I have the order marked as shipped. I also have an updated email of *** so that’s why I haven’t received his emails. I will file a refund from *** and resend his order

I am rejecting this response because: It has been almost a week since they responded to you and I have not gotten a credit or a shipment notification and the statement that they changed their email address is just not right because I also tried to contact them through their website several times in addition to emails. I will not accept any excuse until I either get my money back which at this point is honestly preferred or the merchandise I ordered
