Review: A purchased an iPhone about 5 weeks ago lost the headphones after only three weeks, omw to my Monday through Friday classes, I went to one stop shop to purchase some new ones because I couldn't live without my headphones, it's been no more then two weeks since I purchased them and after only having them for a few days they started to fall apart, I gave it a few days to give it the benefit of doubt because it could have possibly been my phone that's buggin out, but my phone is only jumpy when I put my headphone in. Issues that I'm having with my headphones are they play and pause my music every few seconds without me touching the button, drop my calls , Siri automatically pops up and the volume goes up and down. It's only been two weeks but the problems started after only a few days so today March **, 2015 while I was having a fifteen minute break from class walked over to the store which when I waited a few minutes a watched the [redacted] on his phone ignore me and when he finished on his phone for the moment I was greeted calmy and told him my issues but he wasn't letting me have a word in a told me there was nothing he could do for me but give me a discount, and I told him I didn't want a discount for me to buy the same headphones and have the same issues. I'm merely making this complaint because when I went to the store the "[redacted]" didn't let me explain and didn't give me a good enough solution, and when he was talking to me he was very unprofessional on his phone and wouldn't give me eye contact but my issue is more that I spent my money on a faulty product and I didn't get any resolution to my problem.Desired Settlement: I want my money back or better working replacement headphones
