One Stop Restoration & Cleaning

Review: After meeting this gentlemen named [redacted] he said he would steam clean my carpets for $80.00. He came out Sunday January 19, 2014 to start the job. He backed up his big work truck right by my garage and brought all the materials to clean in through the garage door. The smell of carbon monoxide was going through my whole house so my husband closed the big garage door as far down as he could but [redacted] said he need it open and no one has ever complained about the order before. My husband has COPD and I have a dog that has a asthma , and I know that this was not good to breathe for any of us including [redacted] and the 21 year old [redacted] that he had with him. He cleaned my carpets and said they have to dry before putting back the furniture. Well after a few hours they were dry and I could not believe my yes. My carpet in my formal living room and dining room were all streaked. It is so bad they are streaked all over so I called to tell [redacted] and he said you have to vacuum 2 or 3 times for the streaks to come out. That did not make sense but did it anyway and the streaks are still there all over the berber carpet and I am sick over it. I call him back and he said well that is what happens to berber carpet!! WHAT?????? Are you kidding me, when you started the job you never told me anything about berber carpet. I had another carpet company come out and the man told me that this should have never happened, that beer is on of the carpets that clean very well. He suggested that I call [redacted] back out and let him try and clean the carpets again because if he tries to clean the streaks out and they do not come out that I will not have a case against this company. So now I am trying to get [redacted] to come back and try and clean the carpets again. I have pictures and am willing to go to small claims court against this company under the name of "One Stop Restoration and Cleaning". Also I am willing to tell Revdex.com what other company I had to come out and look at my carpets this morning.Desired Settlement: Needs to come out and clean again and try and get streaks out of the carpets if not needs to repay me money for new carpets and refund my money that I paid him to clean. He told me $80.00 to clean and I gave him $100.00.
