One Stop Photo Lab

Review: I went to One stop photo to have my passport photo taken and it wasn't done properly. being that im not a photographer im not sure what exactly a passport photo is suppose to have and not suppose to have. I then called to let them know that the passport office stated that this is just a regular photo and for a photo lab they should know the process of how a passport photo should be taken. The owner then told me he is not retaking nor refunding my photo and that he not doing anything for people like meDesired Settlement: Refund or replaccement

As we speak we only responsible for American passport picture if the passport picture was not done properly costumer should get a letter from passport office and bring that letter to us and we will gladly do it over we are not responsible for any other countries passport photos thank you for your cooperation.
