This customer booked herself on our website fully complying to our policies posted on our website She held these rental items from another customer from using them on this date She claims she was told procedures regarding the booking process over the phone when indeed we had notes in
our system what we had told her about the booking process We give our customers year to use the credit on deposits towards a future event She submitted a charge back against our account despite our policies She also tried to cancel three days in advance of a weather threat that never occurred

I am rejecting this response because:Their confirmation email contradicts their website policies They customer service is poor and the fact that they think it's ok to take a $deposit and use for a year when cancellation was done in advance, is mind boggling Yes event was cancelled days prior but they fail to mention it was booked days prior to event date I would never use their establishment a year later do their credit means nothing to me This was disputed by my bank who did their own investigation and found that their website contradicts their email confirmation, so my disputed was granted
