Review: The past couple of months, I have been having problems with their gas fuel pumps (it is Union 76). Specifically pump #12, #2 ans #8. I'm unable to use my credit card and debit card, as their automated system had trouble processing it. There is nothing wrong with my cards either, as other gas stations can read the magnetic strips fine.I ended up having to go into the gas station twice just to ask them to put my gas. The first time the incident happened the system couldn't read my card and gave me the message, "See cashier." This was around 7:30 A.M sometime in July. I ended having to put gas at another station, and was nearly late to work. Later that day, I called the store market to complain about their pump, and the middle-aged Indian woman answered the phone and couldn't make out what I was saying because of her insufficient English skills. She then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but she deliberately disconnected the phone line. I was even more upset. This is very bad customer service on the owner's part as she didn't care to listen to my concerns or offer an explanation as to why the pumps weren't working with the ATM/credit card transaction interface.Four more times this would happen to me in July and August, the most recent being Wednesday, August 26 at around 7:30 in the morning. This time one pumpm had trouble processing my credit card, then I went to another pump ( #10) that ALSO wouldn't work with my credit card, so I went into the store, telling them the problem and angry as well. I told them that I was going to report them.Desired Settlement: The owners of the market store portion need to get their act together and fix the ATM/credit card automated systems on their gas pumps. I highly suggest that they be inspected by specialists as I suspect other customers have been getting the same problem. Also, the lady who refused to call me back and disconnected the phone should be pulled aside by her supervisor and be written up for bad customer service. If she is going to snub her customers, then she should not be working there.
