I have attached the contractual agreement the customer had with our vendor, *** ***, *** ***It states the terms and conditions as well as the length of the contract being one year once printedSince we are required to receive changes from the hotel property, we never
guarantee an exact delivery date, just that the guest directories will be in the rooms for one year once printed. Looks like customer talked to our credit manager 3/13/and I advised the sameVendor is allowed to take trade out for personal use while in the area but don't see any mention of it being given away to local businesses.To rectify, since the job is at the printer with this ad, I would be willing to chargeback the vendor and reimburse to client $

Appreciate the hotel reaching out to usAfter discussions with our marketing manager, we did accommodate the request to not have the property give us room nights and provide the inserts for free as per the contractThis information wasn't initially relayed to us by the sales rep, *** ***,
thus the reason he is not doing the job this yearWe are abiding by the property's request so not sure where the untrustworthy comes in as we aren't asking for any room nightsHopefully this satisfies the property and look forward to a resolution on this, with a possible removal as a complaint, as we never intended to do anything different than what the property wanted us to doThe contract copy we received initially from this property did not have this information on there so we definitely didn't want the property to give up room nights when it was stated to our marketing manager they didn't want to do thisOur intentions are to fulfill and provide free product as was agreed upon
