One stop repaired the ac system in my home. Specifically the air handler unit in the attic. The repair technicians had to cut and remove drywall from the attic opening to install the new parts for the air handler unit. It is now my responsibility to pay and have the opening repaired according to one stop home services supervisor/manager. I am disappointed in the fact that $500 was paid out of my pocket to one stop for "modification purposes", that was not covered by my home warranty. Overall the professionalism of one stop home services was not all I expected, as one of their repair technicians showed up to my residence wearing sweat pants and a ripped tee shirt. I will not be recommending one stop home services to any one.

[redacted] showed up right on time for a quick, professional installation. He also took away everything when done & left no mess.

I wish all the contractors I use were as responsive & easy to work with as One Stop Plumbing Services.

I hired One Stop for a small garbage disposal project. They were able to come over same day to as the issue and offered a variety of options. I was so happy with their work that I hired them to do a larger and more difficult project that many plumbers had failed to resolve.They were honest,eager to please, provided quality workmanship,and were reasonably priced. Overall, my experience with them was very good and I would recommend them.
