One Stop Home Repairs and Maintenance

I hired John, owner/operator of business, to lay carpet for me. The job he did was awful and will have to be redone, including buying new carpet as he ruined what he did with the seeming which has gaps and there are gaps around the door frames. I contacted John at his email, ***@1stophonerepairs.com asking him if there was any way to resolve the issue. He responded saying he understood my concerns and frustations. He offered to refund to me $225.00. I later received another email stating my refund and an apology gift were being mailed to me seperately. I received the gift but never the refund. I have emailed him several times concerning this with no response from him. I just want him to honor his word and give me the refund as I will have to replace carpet. I have saved all email correspondence. I had hoped this could be resolved easily.

I hired this company to do work on my apartment building. After accepting their work and paying 1/2 of the 43,000 bill upfront they stopped responding and I'm not faced with taking legal action for the cost plus damages.

The company has blocked my number from calling and sends me directly to voicemail. When I call from a new number they pick up but once I say who I am they hang up.

Contractor promised a job of remodeling a bathroom. Gave quote, I accepted and let him begin work. I never had the chance to check out the finished product. I am unhappy with the service he provided and I believe he overcharged me for the service.
