One Stop Automotive Care

A Ford Escape that I own was dropped off by my daughter in law in October for transmission service. My daughter in law drives the car. The owner, *** demanded $425.00 in advance for this repair, which was paid in cash. *** made several excuses as to why the car wasn't ready to be picked up, essentially stalling for months. We were finally able to pick up the car after 99 days, on January 17,2020. The car was un-repaired, wrecked on the back passenger fender and light and the registration sticker was stolen. I notified this man immediately and he had no response. We filed a police report on 1/17/2020. He responded and told me to take the car back to him because it was under warranty. How is a non-repair covered under warranty?? I refuse to allow this vehicle to be back in his possession after him having it for over 3 months without fixing it and in the condition that it was returned.
In reading the *** reviews for this business, there seems to be a pattern of him not fixing the cars entrusted to him and delivering them trashed.
