One Story Auto repair was in possession of my vehicle when it was stolen from their property on 11//2019. A police report was filed #*** In the Nassau County Police Department.Classification GRAND LARCENY 3RD PROPERTY VALUE EXCEEDS $3000.
A claim was filed with State Farm but to this date the business owner has refused to give State Farm the information about who their Insurance company is.
There was a video of the car being stolen at 3AM from One Stop's property because the store owner left the car's key in the car and unlocked.
The car was recovered by the NYC Police Dept. but since the key was lost it had to be replaced just to examine the car which cost $600 and because he has refused to produce his companies insurance information My company State Farm is being held accountable so far for the bills being incurred from One Stop's negligence.
