Review: On 12/02/2014 I contacted One Source Service LLC to get my [redacted] massage chair replaced.

A repair technician was sent over to diagnose the issue. He took some pictures and ordered a part. I was charged $265.00 for this.

They gave me a quote for $297.23 to order the part and fix it once the part arrived. I was charged the full $297.23 on 12/17/2014.

I called and emailed them multiple times after this to get an update on the status of the part and the repair. I was given the run around and was constantly told I would be called back.

On 01/02/2015 [redacted] contacted me asking me for the credit card information to finalize the ordering of the part. I was very confused to say the least as the issue was supposed to be handled by One Source Service LLC.

I just got off the phone with One Source Service and once again they said they will look into and call me back.

They have charged me for parts and services I have not yet received and they continue to give me the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like a full explanation of the charges... Estimates versus actual values. I don't understand how they charge $265 for a technician to come out and take a picture. This sounds like they are ripping off consumes. I'd also like my chair fixed...

Terrible experience with One source service... It was anything but that. I was misquoted,mis lead and lied to over and over. They overcharged me and sent an unqualified tech that had never worked on my brand or model I requested service on. While waiting over 2 weeks for a response from [redacted], I called them for a parts price and install date. She lied again to me about both started talking in circles and hung up on me.
