overall I thought this was a positive as to how all this work could get done remotely. Unfortunately the main issues still needs to be resolved. The JAVA pop up that controls my compute is back.

At the present time, it appears that Zowie worked on and cleared all of the problems
that I was having with my computer. We did a follow up to make sure that all problems
