INITIALLY EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH AND VERY PROFESSIONALTHERE WAS SOMEWHAT OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER , BUT I'M A SOUTHERNER AND WE OVERCAME I BELIEVE THE INITIAL PROBLEM WAS CLEAREDSOMEHOW I THOUGHT THAT SUPPORT WOULD BE AVAILABLE EVERY DAY 7/BUT EVIDENTLY THAT'S NOT THE CASEI CALLED FOR SOME ADDITIONAL HELP WHEN I COULDN'T GET SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OPEN, AND NO ONE WAS HOMEi LEFT AN EMAIL BUT AS OF 2PM MONDAY (1PM) YOUR TIME HAVE HAD NO RESPONSETHE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED NOW WITHOUT YOUR HELP, BUT IT SURE WAS FRUSTRATINGTHANKS FOR ASKING

Windows pushed some updates to my computer overnight and in doing so, I lost one of my programs I notified One Solution and they took immediate action to resolve the problem Very impressed with the results and the short time it took
