Hello, This is to inform you that we have given you the services at the time you paid, moreover your service contract is over/expired with usWe have provided you product on discounted price and clearly mentioned that Microsoft Office is only for machine/computer and for time installation You can find the installation key under the program itself on your computer and you can burn CD for the sameWe cant re-provide/re-install product or activation key again, we have always given the service on time till the time your account was active with usAttached are few email sent by you after getting issue fixed and resolved.Incase of any other requirement feel free to revert back

Hello, Yes you are registered customer for year long support with us (OneResolve Technologies)However after initial contact with us on said date (December 4, 2015), where in you paid $ and fixed the problems with the computer and since then you never call us backLast time when customer called us and informed the same story to one of our representative (Michael) on 1- [redacted] Wherein, we clearly informed the customer that you never called us before this call on same dayCustomer said that guys from AOL has connected her on conference with OneResolve Technologies.This is to inform you that the tech guys (AOL tech) who said your computer is hacked, might had played and did a bad trick to convince you, as any reputed company tech doesnt say that the computer is hacked with out and solid/proofsAlso, we dont do any recurring billing and had never done in past with any of our customer, on our website plan page, same this is also mentioned clearlyYou can check and confirm with the bank that automatic schedule payment is not form us (OneResolve Technologies), customer is misguided from someone elseWe have refunded the complete amountIncase of any other requirement feel free to reach

I purchased word pro from this company while I had a year contract with this company to keep my computer up to datethey cancelled my service of years to a year and a half and refused to give my the activation key for the product that I boughti paid almost us for this product so I am very angry that they refuse to give me what I paid fori wrote to them several times and they tell me that they will not deal with me unless I am a customeri don't think soi would like to get the activation key that I paid for

I contracted with One Resolve Technologies to service and repair my computer on December 4, The agreement included services via remote operations any time my computer crashed, or had problems of a technological nature The technicians were allowed access to my personal information via their remote viewing during servicingJanuary 26, 2016, I called regarding an e-mail issue At that time, I had been informed by a third party, a representative of AOL, that my computer had been hacked Since the last service call and direct contact with computer information was given to One Resolve, I called, as requested by the AOL representative and asked why there were monitoring tools and hacking in the computer One Resolve's representative told me the company was hacking my computer and would continue to hack it unless I gave them $2, I only singed up for their one year plan for $ My bank told me the company used my card to set up monthly payments of $without my perm

Again would like to inform that according to your AOL rep (which is sure is not from AOL), he found some porn/bad activity of hacking, kindly share some supportive facts, just blaming someone will not solve your doubts. As we are reputed company and there is no way that we can/will play with our customers. In your previous compliant you also mentioned that there is recurring charges from our company for each month on your credit card, could you please share such proofs. Moreover after you got registered with us we have shared all the document/proof of purchase to you. We have been providing services from long time and never had any/single complaint. AOL tech (which is sure is not from AOL) has mis- educated you, When you called us on our support number 1-800-3902704 and spoke to Michael and informed everything, he also checked on the records and informed you the same (didnt saw any other call from you on same day). Again, my responsibility is to ensure that , we have never/will do such bad practice, moreover we have initiated complete refund as well.We dont have any access to ever get into your computer. We are true and loyal service provider. We have refunded the amount. Never had access to computer. No any other illegal/bad activity can be performed by us. Please tell us what do you want more as far your satisfaction is concern.

My concern with this business is not only the money that was charged, but that one of their representatives declared that my plan was a lifetime plan and that he wanted $2,000.00 in order for the company to stop hacking my computer.  This is a serious matter that requires further investigation, not only for this complaint, but for other customers/consumers who may have had similar experiences with said company.  When a company rep is bold enough to say he does not care if the customer calls the police, or gets anyone else involved in his attempt to blackmail them into giving a sum as large as $2,000, or any other amount, I am concerned about motives.  I had to destroy my previous bank card, which meant calling creditors and stopping payment on some items.  My complaint will hopefully generate some investigation as to how this company conducts business, and if they have the power to enter my computer system to generate hacking, pornography, or some other more menacing elements for the purpose of unlawful and nefarious deeds. The AOL rep saw porn from the hacking source.
