Totally a SCAM. None of the leads provided are from valid addresses in the city or zip code listed. Perhaps even the customer names are invalid as well since you can't reach them by the PHONE, EMAIL OR ADDRESS provided by Contractors.***.
The "DASHBOARD" and user account link provided does not result in a dashboard or any account details. The link redirects to a login which doesn't recognize my email.
Brian was supposed to call me at a certain time he did not he was two hours late calling he was to send me an email he didn't send it till I asked the second time I think this company is a hoax
do not feel comfortable doing business with them
I have been called over 30 times from this company and every time I tell them that I am not interested. They have no respect. They keep calling and texting me from different numbers. I block them all and they keep coming. I have talked to managers all up and down the chain (or so they tell me) and they don't care. Their client acquisition process is very unprofessional and invasive.
Keep spam calling me to sign me up, even though I have told them my client base is too large and I'm not looking for more work.
On February 7, 2019, at 1:24, a lady by the name of Addy B reached out to me via email regarding lead generation. I am a licensed realtor in Illinois. I have been in the industry for the past 9 years. When Addy reached out to me, via email I felt as though this will be a legit way to gain extra clients, but it was not. It was a bad idea. Addy stated that she would send me leads and if the leads didn't go anywhere that they would send me out additional leads until I got someone that was actually effective in the market. That was wrong as well. I have emails that I am attaching as well as I spoke with her on the phone and when we initially spoke when she was trying to get me aboard she was very nice, and now when I spoke with her shes angry because I stated I wasn't satisfied with the services, my bank has tried to dispute this for me and she isn't corporating with them. She feels as though she has done nothing wrong and she has. My account has been in the negative for almost 30 days for a fee that she took out $79.99 that she states are for leads. I never received any leads from her. The prospect that I reached out to had no means of making a real estate purchase, so this company gets people information and sell it off to brokers like me, making us believe that we will get leads and we don't. I send her over an email canceling any communication etc. I would like for my money to be returned to me. I would say more, but I just want to be done with this situation. I'm refusing to pay for something that I didn't get. I never received any leads, so I'm giving money away for nothing? That's not what should be done or how consumers should get treated. Addy never apologized for the inconvenience either. Instead of her saying I apologize and you are correct, I will return your money. She wanted to justify what I didn't do. I'm not pleased with the company nor the services that they provide.
Thank you for notifying us of Mrs. Smith’s Revdex.com Complaint. We aredisappointed to hear that Mrs. Smith’s experience did not meet her expectations. Asbackground, we provide consumer leads to realtors and real estate agents that are interested ingrowing their business. Our records show that Mrs. Smith signed up to our AgentConnectservice on or around February 2019.
Through our program, realtors and real estate agents receive contact lead information ofqualified consumers that are interested in the purchase and/or sale of a home. While we havemeasures in place to ensure that our leads are of the highest quality, we understand that theinherent nature of performance-based internet marketing results in invalid lead informationfrom time to time. As a result, we do permit our customers to request for a replacement ofinvalid leads. It is important to note that this is a replacement and not a refund. It is importantto further note that these replacements occur only when it is determined that the lead isinvalid, i.e., contains wrong contact information or meets the other criteria of an invalid lead. Aperson who made a valid request to be contacted but doesn’t otherwise have the means tomake a real estate purchase would not qualify as an invalid lead.
We are sorry if there was a miscommunication with Mrs. Smith with respect to the program;Mrs. Behrouzi has been with us for many years and has many satisfied customers in her tenure. That said, we understand that the program is not always what our customers may haveexpected and that it doesn’t always work for each individual. We would like to apologize forMrs. Smith’s experience and are prepared to offer her a full refund totaling the amount shepaid into our program.
Again, while we are very disappointed Mrs. Smith’s experience did not meet expectations, wehope, however, that we have taken the necessary steps to address Mrs. Smith’s concerns andresolve this matter.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The total refund should be for $79.85 that was taken from out my account on 2/19/2019
Sincerely,
Artavia S
Buyerlink is a lead generating company for realtors. I entered their services 9/5/2018. I was told that each lead they were to send me was going to cost me $25.00 and they would charge me $200.00 for the first 4 leads and if the leads are not valid they would credit me for those leads. No money up front and NO additional fees. It sounded like a good way to get additional business. First of all the $25.00 went to $35.00 when I called them back when I first notice the issues with charges. First leads they send me was not even in the area I was located(Northern Virginia) The leads were from New York, Brooklin, Boston even I told them exactly where I live. I contacted them and they said they were going to correct this. I gave them zip codes and the cities that I was interested and still, I kept on receiving wrong city areas. I called them back that they were charging me on these bad leads and not crediting my account as I was told, all they did was kept on sending me leads that didn't even have a working phone or email address these leads was spouse to be valid leads. Not one's did I get any response from any of the leads. I don't even know where they got their information. After they had charged my account $600.00 and did not credit any of the money back I knew I had to cancel the services not only because of all the bad leads but also I would need to get a credit for the charges for which they didn't want to credit my credit card and I'm still fighting with Chase credit card company for these charges Also, when I called to cancel their services I was threatened by the by their agent that they will have they attorney to contact me. They keep filing falls information with my credit card company and I do NOT have signed a contract with them or did they ever email me they policy. They have indicated that they gave me a credit for the bad leads which they DID NOT so they owe me $600.00 because there weren't ANY valet leads plus I have to pay interest on that having the charges on my account. If I could solve this matter with them I would have to contact Revdex.com on this matter why I'm asking you to solve this. Thank you in advance.
Revdex.com Response
Case # 13274032
Thank you for notifying us of *** Revdex.com complaint. We are disappointed to hear that *** experience did not meet her expectations. As background, we provide consumer leads to realtors and real estate agents that are interested in growing their business. Our records show that *** signed up on or around September 4, 2018. We received *** verbal acceptance to our program over the phone. On the same day, we submitted, via email, our terms and conditions for *** approval and received her consent with her email response, “I agree” the following day. Several weeks later, on September 25, 2018, *** requested a call from her Regional Account Executive. At this time, *** claimed that she was told the leads would cost $25 and that she had sent a list of zip codes to the Regional Sales Executive to focus on only receiving leads from those metros. The Regional Account Executive explained that our program has always had a cost-per-lead set of $35 and walked her through the portal to show her how to request credits online. She was also assisted in using the portal to set her campaign locations as she requested. At this time, notification was sent to *** regarding her agreement to reactivate the account along with 5 credits. Over the next few days, *** reached out to the Regional Account Executive, first, stating she received a lead outside her area and, second, requesting to expand geography. The Regional Account Executive confirmed the credit of the lead and the expansion of geography. Inexplicably, on the following Monday, October 1, 2018, *** sent a message requesting for a refund and to cancel the account. She stated that she had already filed a chargeback with her bank and that she would also be sending a message to the Revdex.com. The Regional Account Executive spoke with *** who continued to demand a refund. However, since a chargeback was already filed and *** refused to withdraw the chargeback, we froze the account to prevent a double refund. Ultimately, we did receive chargebacks and were successful in our position to *** bank.
While we are very disappointed *** experience did not meet her expectations, we believe, however, we were upfront about our program and took steps to ensure *** customer needs were attended to. Due to resolution in our favor on the chargeback and the information provided above, we consider this matter resolved.

I’m a hvac contractor located in Sacramento area and have worked with numerous companies
This place is the Worse pay per lead company I’ve worked with ever
Wouldn’t recommend them unless you like throwing money away
After canceling program them continued to take my money
To anyone thinking about doing business with the company I would reconsider
