On June 2, I had my *** *** valet at One Parking located at 12th Street, NW Washington DC My family and I got out of the vehicle and proceeded upstairs to the outsideAfter we returned from a long day we gave the parking attended our ticket to get our vehicleAfter a few minutes the parking attended walked backed and said he could not open the doorI walked backed to my vehicle with him and the door handle was pulled off the doorHe said he didn't do it but his manager parked the vehicle for us and he said that it wasn't like that when he parked itThere was no way to open the driver side door so that definitely would be something noticeable before the manager proceeded to park the vehicleI vehicle incident report was filed with One Parking and was told by the manager to give them hours to contact meI proceeded to file my claim with *** to begin repairs and have *** get in contact with One Parking to retrieve repair costAfter numerous attempts
