I was looking forward of having a business with this company as per their representation in their website and reviews. I called them and explained my company's situation as in EVERYTHING. I sincerely told the lady that I'm looking for a company that might be able to help us out. I've been upfront and even mentioned that our situation is difficult. She said, "send me the files and I;ll take a look of it" . Then after the files where sent she said we're pre-approved of $90K. So I was holding on such "pre-approval' . I even DOUBLE CHECK the factors that will be a concern from UW and asked her if there's any documentation I can present.
Fast forward.. another lady representative called me and explained to me that we're disapproved for $90K. Then she tried to explain these things that I MENTIONED IN MY INITIAL COMMUNICATION with Lady 1.
3rd Representative called me and telling me that they can offer $6K. The amount is very far from the pre-approval. From $90K to $6K?!?
Concerns that might consider with this experience;.
1. I understand the marketing but if you're company will continue in communicating to customer like this (holding time by mentioning this unvalidated "pre-approval" ) you're loosing the percentage of your CREDIBILITY.
*for my case, I didn't hide any information . I CLEARLY mentioned every details that I find significantly important in this type of transaction.
*don't give false hope to customers in order to keep their TIME. that is not good.
2. You might want to consider re-evaluating your "pre-approval" status. Don't just say like it doesn't mean to the customer. When you;re approach is like this - it's like you're treating the customer a joke ( similar to the other reviews below).
If you're intention is to help small business with the One Park's service then be TRUE and create a guideline of communication that you're customer will have a full understanding of the factors that are important in the application.
For other customers, who's considering this company;
Weigh-in the reviews before calling them. If you're conscious with your credit profile not to have another inquiry or the value of your time, you might want to consider checking on other options. As I noticed that my situation is somewhat similar to the others who posted the negative reviews.
We want to thank you for your feedback and giving us the opportunity to follow up with you and work on alleviating the situation. Like we discussed with you, we completed a full audit of your file and were able to identify the missteps. As a result, we took the necessary actions to amend the situation.
While we were not able to provide you with working capital this time, we look forward to potentially working with you in the future. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us back at XXX-XXX-XXXX

from One Park financial is a complete mn. Complete waste of time from start to finish and even had me refuse another offer to then turn around and say he couldn't make my deal happen because the other offer I refused was from the same lender. So now he's cost me all this time and now my credit will have to be ran again because of his complete lack of knowledge or even common sense! Then when you call their office their high school staff is rude and won't even transfer you without asking a million questions when asking for ***. Whole experience has literally given me a headache!!!!!!!

This place was an absolute joke. From the initial contact I was misrepresented. I was up front and honest with my credit history but was assured by several different people that approval was already in place. I declined their offers several times due to their fees & terms, I received constant emails, phone calls and texts with new "better" offers daily from them. I finally relented and decided we could use the extra funds. at this point even after I was told I was approved I was made to jump through more hoops than I ever have before even when buying a house it wasn't this difficult. They requested everything but my first born. I had at one point needed a reference verification and CLEARLY stated when contacting anyone I did not want ANY information shared with anyone as I wanted my business kept private no one needed to know what I was doing, to just ask the questions necessary... they went on to share EVERY possible detail they could and absolutely humiliated me!!
I strongly DO NOT recommended them!!!
