Improperly planted Leyland trees and would not correct and guarantee dead or dying trees Hired One of a Kind landscaping to purchase and plant leyland trees on February Contractor planted said trees on the week of February 20th One of a Kind planted trees without removing the plastic around the root balls of the trees The contractor refused to tell us where he got these trees and also claimed initially they had a burlap bags around the roots After texting him with pictures of plastic wrap tightly around the root balls, he then stated they were wrapped in biodegradable plasticAfter several text messages back and forth he agree to come and cut back the plastic on every tree, even though he would not concede that the plastic was not biodegradable When he arrived on the morning on April 2nd he refused to remove any plastic and said he would poke a hole in each tree (from the top of the root bowl to the bottom) We asked him to leave (as we were told from
