Review: Good morning,

I need to let you know about a company 24/7 [redacted] Locksmith. I locked my keys out of my car and called them because it showed $15 for service. When I called, it was $15 for the service call and the guy on phone said $35 and up to unlock. I asked him what would make it more than $35 and he kind of rambled something about lock or broken... I made a comment that they weren't any cheaper than pop a lock...but since I had them on the phone, I had them come out. When the guy arrived, he told me it would be $130. I told him no way. Pop a lock is only about $50 which I believed they would be. The man said no, they charge $130 or $140....which I showed him a receipt for $46.95 that pop a lock gave me 4 months earlier. I told him I was going to call pop a lock instead, he then informed me that I would have to pay the $15 for coming out, and a cancellation fee. They are con artist! I finally HAD to agree to $75 The gentleman helping me was nice enough, only following the orders of his boss. Another issue is, I have full coverage insurance on my vehicle, and should get reimbursed for this, but the receipt is so generic, I don't know if they will. I attached a copy of the receipt, when I looked at it and said there was no information of the company on it, he scribbled 24/7 lock on top. I also attached a copy of pop a lock to show the difference. This company needs to be looked into, they seem to be scamming and taking advantage of people that are in trouble and the receipts don't seem legitimate . Also, before I forget, no one asked me for and i.d. or any proof the car was mine. If my insurance company won't reimburse me, I would like my money back from this company.
