One Hour Heating & A/C

One Hour Air installed a no name unit in my house for $5000.00 in February 2014.The unit is noisy when compressor cuts in. They have tried to band aid it to no avail.Now for the first time running the A/C Cool function the unit is dripping water down my wall in the garage.Repairman came out,said previous techs did not connect drain..was not truthful about gluing the PVC pipe..then when he knew I was aware he did not glue the pipe, he stated you do not glue drain pipes for A/C units???? Why is the rest of the pipe glued?Now 30 minutes after he leaves I have water draining inside my walls again and a stain on my ceiling.Good environment for mold and mildew.
