One Extra Guy

I spoke to [redacted] the owner four weeks before house move and was quoted a price, I booked the movers and confirmed it the day beforeThe movers were booked for am, two young men arrived at the one man said" you're expecting movers"to which I said "you'll late" " the truck broke down" was the reply He then walked all over my house ever talking to me but to the other man saying " this will take to hours" twice as long and twice as much money than quoted, when I pointed this out I was told "well we didn't look first" He then said " this will take two trips" " You mean you didn't bring a big enough truck" This was his reply : [redacted] ***" then he leftI called [redacted] , before I could say anything he said " my guys left because you were rude to them" When I tried to tell him what had happen he said " this is not getting us anywhere do you wont me to try to get them back or not?" I called another company who moved me the next daythe experience was like night and day

The movers were booked for 9 am, two young men arrived at 10 30. the one man said" you're expecting movers"to which I said "you'll late" " the truck broke down" was the reply. He then walked all over my house ever talking to me but to the other man saying " this will take 5 to 6 hours" twice as long and twice as much money than quoted, when I pointed this out I was told "well we didn't look first" He then said " this will take two trips" " You mean you didn't bring a big enough truck" This was his reply :[redacted]" then he left. I called [redacted], before I could say anything he said " my guys left because you were rude to them" When I tried to tell him what had happen he said " this is not getting us anywhere do you wont me to try to get them back or not?"
