Hello,We spoke to [redacted] on 7/6/17 and she stated she had no knowledge of the complaint and on 7/7/17 we spoke to [redacted] and he stated that he did not write the complaint and would be speaking to his parents as he believed it was them. We let [redacted] know that if there was any proof...

of receipt that they had stating what money was missing, if they were able to provide this to us so we may assist in finding it. He stated that he would be speaking to his parents to remove the complaint because he feels that there are no issues here at [redacted]. In regards to his dishwasher and fridge, he also stated that all of these issues were addresses as well. We offered to send maintenance back and there were 2 work orders placed stating the fridge was still leaking. We have completed both and no issue has been addressed again.
