One Call Lawn Care

As Mr [redacted] said, he was a customer in and received one application on 3-25- On 5-1-Mr [redacted] called to cancel further service This call was made weeks after the original service date Mr [redacted] was notified of continual service both in and The notification letter was sent in January of both years Mr [redacted] did receive these letters, the 10% discount opportunity that Mr [redacted] took advantage of in was offered on the same letter Mr [redacted] phoned our office on Friday 8-15-to say that he would not pay because he was not happy with the service and went on to state that he is not happy with his current lawn service It was stated to him that if he feels comfortable not paying we cannot do anything to force him No further bills or service will be given to Mr [redacted] now or in the future
