notification letter was sent in January of both years.  Mr. [redacted] did receive these letters, the 10% discount opportunity that Mr. [redacted] took advantage of in 2013 was offered on the same letter.  Mr. [redacted] phoned our office on Friday 8-15-14 to say that he would not pay because he was not happy with the service and went on to state that he is not happy with his current lawn service.  It was stated to him that if he feels comfortable not paying we cannot do anything to force him.  No further bills or service will be given to Mr. [redacted] now or in the future.
