It was late Friday afternoon in the middle of last summerOur air went out and everybody we called either wanted to wait until the next day or charge us an extra feeNot One Call! My wife had already packed up the dogs and went to our daughter's house He came out to our house in Bella Vista from Bentonville it was probably 4pm and checked out the systemShowed me what had gone out and charged me a very good price for the part (He even had it on the truck)The system was back on line in less than an hourHe could have told me anything at that point and I would have paid him for itBut he was very honestHis logo says, "One call solves all" but that day for me it was, "one call saves all"! I will not call anyone else for my HVAC

Came out and fixed the problem within 2 hrs of my call, and I even called before business hours. Very professional.
