One Call Fitness Repair

Dan showed up late without any apology or explanation, setting the tone for an unprofessional encounter. When I asked questions about the repair or expressed concerns, he acted as though I was wasting his time. Instead of providing clear answers, he made condescending remarks and treated my inquiries with complete disregard. His rude behavior was uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected and dismissed.

Additionally, Dan's appearance and hygiene were far from professional, which further undermined my confidence in the service.

His negative and rude demeanor is evident in his posts and videos. Although the repair was eventually completed, the overall experience was marred by Dan’s unacceptable behavior.

I will personally never do business with One Call Fitness Repair. They were assigned by Pro Form to fix a piece of equipment and not only did they not show up, when I finally got in touch with a 'supervisor', he was not a customer service professional, to put it lightly.

He misdiagnosed my treadmill repair. Cost me over $1300 and still not fixed. Won’t accept a return of the $700 part.Then the owner doctored notes on an invoice to make it look like I refused their advice to order other parts. This clearly this has happened before and hes figured out a little scam to use on you when he gets the repair wrong. Beware. Look at other reviews on bbb.

Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came out on Saturday night and was done quickly.

Technician performed thorough and efficient repairs on our treadmill, and was punctual.

They were on time which in very important to me. Dan came in and checked my treadmill ordered the parts and replaced everything and when he left everything work as it should. I would recommend Dan for all of your exercise equipment.

Tech arrived within stated time frame, he was friendly, willingly answered and gave explanations to my questions . Worked efficiently.
